After two days of snowfall, I braved the cold and stepped out of my apartment into the knee-deep snow looking for photo ops. I live a block away from the Lockwood-Mathews Mansion, the earliest and most significant Second Empire style country house. The mansion has been a National Historic Landmark since 1971, and was featured in the 2004 movie, The Stepford Wives.
